Latent View Analytics IPO Share Allotment Status: How to check your shares online

New Delhi: The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Latent View Analytics which was opened for subscription on November 10, 2021, the company's IPO allotment is here.

The company's IPO received a record 326.49 times the bids.

At least 850.66 times was subscribed by the non-institutional investors segment while it was 145.48 times by the QIBs segment. On the other hand, it's received 119.44 times bids from the shares reserved for retail investors.

New Shares worth Rs 474 have issued under this IPO while OFS of Rs 126 crore has been brought. The price band for the IPO was fixed at Rs 190 to 197 per share.

Visit the official website of BSE https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx.

Then go to Status of Issue Application page.

In this, click on Equity option.

Select Latent view Anaytics Limited in the drop down menu.

Enter the application number and then enter the PAN number. Fill the captcha and submit.

Through the registrar's website

You can also check your status from the website of IPO Registrar Link Intime India Services Pvt Ltd. For this, visit the company's website https://www.linkintime.co.in/MIPO/Ipoallotment.html.

Select the name of the IPO from the drop down menu.

Here you can enter your PAN Number, Application Number or Client ID or Account Number/IFSC Code.

Then click on the search option.

After this your allotment status will be shown.
